The KUBE TV website was in desperate need of a redesign – it was running on dated technology, slow, clunky, and needed some TLC. After analyzing all the pages on the website, we got to work formulating a plan for a website that could serve as a robust entertainment hub for the viewers of KUBE TV’s great shows.
We built a website that is responsive (it looks great and functions as intended across all devices), with custom coding for specific needs.
Before & After
It started with pen and paper…or tablet and stylus, as we sketched and wireframed the new design of the website. We mapped out the visitor workflow, based on information we gathered from the existing visitor data, and placed the sites visitors into three main categories. That made it a bit easier to design a multipurpose website that was easy to find specific information, yet interactive enough to keep visitors on for longer as they watched videos, played games, or entered contests.
This specific site has a number of moving parts which needed frequent updating – new shows were aired every fall, current shows changed times every now and then, new contests and banner ads needed to be displayed – we built a custom CMS portal to manage all of that.
